Private sessions are a place for you to get quiet and to listen; a place where you will be safely supported to get well & thrive. Sessions are approximately one hour in length, and completely tailored to you. You will receive a personal program specific to your needs that you can take home and practice.
Components that may be included in a private session include the following: movement/asana, breathwork, meditation, mantra, stillness and visualization. Every session will assist you in cultivating relaxation and mindfulness while simultaneously illuminating your awareness.
Private sessions will fastrack your healing, helping you to consolidate a program that will allow you to truly heal and get back to doing what you love.
